Terms of Agreement – Subscription Service for Cash Auctions by Monahan Real Estate & Development LLCBy completing this “Sign-Up” form you agree to our
Terms of Sale for each auction as well as the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Payment Terms – Once this form has been completed it will take 2–3 business days for us to process your enrollment. Once your subscription has been processed, you will be charged for the agreed upon amount above; Billing is recurring, and your subscription will be automatically charged each period.
Monthly – By selecting this plan, your card on file will be automatically charged $10 + tax each month. Your subscription will be valid for 1 Month following the charge date.
Yearly – By selecting this plan, your card on file will be automatically charged $100 + tax for the first year. Your subscription will be valid for 1 Year following the charge date.
Pricing for all plans are subject to change at any time based on current promotion(s). If at any point during Recurring Billing the payment is declined, we will make ONE attempt to contact you for an updated payment method. After this attempt has been made, your subscription will be terminated if we have not received full payment. We do NOT offer refunds or credits for subscriptions that have already been billed.
2. Subscription Services – The Membership entitles you to the following perks (subject to change):

Free Preview – Normally $10 for 15 minutes of inspection time per auction. This fee will be waived (preview is available by appointment for in-house auctions only).

Free Loading – Normally $10 per staff member assisting. Waived for any in-house auction pick-up.
•
Free Late Pick Up – Normally $25 per auction. Waived for in-house auctions. Items will be held for 2 additional weeks, but may only be picked up on a scheduled removal day.
•
Free Disposal – Normally $5 per item for lots left behind. This fee is waived for auction removals.
•
Automatic Registration – Members receive a Permanent Bidder Number and will not need to register for public auctions. (Private auctions still require registration and approval.)
•
Monthly Prize Drawing – Each month, 1 member will win a random giveaway (held on the 4th Wednesday). Items located at 210 Sawyer Ave. Winners notified via phone/email. Appointment required for pickup.
•
Seasonal Private Auctions – 4 exclusive member-only online auctions per year. Registration and approval required. Register early to ensure access.
3. Termination of Subscription – Memberships are recurring and will be automatically charged as described above. Subscriptions will be terminated if payment has not been received or if you (the member) request cancellation.

• Include: Full Name, Billing Address, and last 4 digits of card on file
• Verification will be required
Once successfully canceled, your subscription will no longer renew. All services and perks will end at the close of your billing term:
• 1 Month after last charge (Monthly Plan)
• 1 Year after last charge (Yearly Plan)
We do NOT offer refunds or credits for subscriptions that have already been billed. All members must also abide by the Terms of Sale for each auction – failure to do so may result in restriction of bidding privileges and termination of membership.
