The Storage Facility collects a refundable $100 CASH deposit per unit once you have entered. This is to ensure you take everything from the unit. Once you've cleared out the unit, your deposit will be refunded. Units must be emptied by the following Saturday before 4pm.

$10,000 Bid Deposit Required to Register! - Certified Funds made out to "Cash Auctions" must be brought to our office (210 Sawyer Ave. Tonawanda, NY 14150) by 12pm of the auction end date. Registrations will not be approved until we have received your funds; funds must be collected before the deadline or you will NOT be able to bid! Bid Deposits will be held until after the auction has closed. The Winning Bidder's funds will be held in our escrow account and will be applied toward the Buyer's Premium (10% Deposit). All other bidders may retrieve their bid deposit the following business day. *Cash or Personal Checks will NOT be accepted. **Cashier's Checks will be held but not deposited and will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders; all other certified funds will be deposited in escrow and a refund check will be issued to each unsuccessful bidder.
